For almost six years, I had a freelance job writing dvd liner notes for a company that strictly re-released old movies, mainly B Studio westerns, horror, sci-fi, and crime/noir pictures. By 2007 I had been pigeon-holed as The Western Guy, and got to know these four lesser known leading men pretty well-in addition to the three or four plot variations that all of those movies drew from.
